When can I expect my order?

To keep our prices as low as possible for you, Miami Mode has products delivered to you directly from the manufacturer or supplier. That’s why delivery may take a little longer than you’re used to.

  • Processing Time: Orders are prepared within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday)
  • Delivery Timeframe: Estimated shipping time is 5–7 working days (Monday to Friday)
  • Complimentary Shipping: All orders within the United States qualify for free delivery

The expected delivery time has passed—where is my order?

In most cases, orders arrive within the expected timeframe. Occasionally, delays happen.

I’m missing some products—how is this possible?

Some orders ship in separate packages due to:

What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel?

We’re sorry that happened—it’s rare, but it can occur during transit.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Take clear photos of the damage (box + item)
  2. Email us immediately at info@miami-mode.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos attached
  3. Do NOT return the item yet — we need to review first

Our team will respond fast and find the best solution (replacement, refund, etc.).
